Exquisite Library
This beautifully crafted library provides a place to escape to. Grab a book and a glass of something special and while away those wintry hours in front of the fire.
Bespoke bookcases encompassing a secret door to an adjoining study, cabinet storage for games and the not so pretty books. Sliding library ladder for easy access to those higher shelves.
New herringbone solid oak flooring with matching feature border finished with a rich warm stain helps complete the feeling of luxury.

Period House - Butlers Pantry
This is the perfect example of why the finer details really do matter.
To say theres a lot going on in this space would be an understatement. This pantry needed to work hard to ease the load on the kitchen. Now home to food storage, drinks storage, large kitchen equipment such as mixers, blenders, air fryers, microwave, an additional dishwasher, a combined fridge / freezer drawers (this took some finding!), beer fridge, wine fridge, hoover store, diy tools section with charging sockets and it needed to work as a bar for drinks making....oh and it had to look stunning! Did I forget to mention that the ceiling is low and there is a chimney breast that is now cunningly disguised.
The only way of achieving all this was meticulous planning, exceptional craftsmanship and immaculate installation.
Affordable Luxury
This 'scandi' themed kitchen was designed to work for a busy family that also enjoy cooking. By utilising standard cabinetry combined with bespoke quartz worktops including the waterfall end to the peninsular and matching full splash back as well as fluted panelling it has create a functional yet calm kitchen / dining space.
The herringbone floor detail is picked up in the natural curtains and the simple palette of colours gives a light and relaxing feel.
Boot Room
This boot room was originally an empty shell with just some hooks on the wall. Now a clearly defined and functional room with bespoke joinery to hang coats and bags behind closed doors, shoe storage in pull out drawers, the solid oak seat works as a place to perch on and doubles as a place to store wellies. New flagstone flooring will age and patina over time while a discretely position radiator under the seat will help dry out wet coats and boots.
Small but perfectly formed shower room
This was one of the most complex guest bathrooms I've worked on in over 25 years....but it was well worth the effort!
The attention to detail from paper to reality was truly a team effort. To start with the window was uncovered, the back wall to the shower was rebuilt to include a soft curve to the shower area and bedroom on the other side. New boxings were built to suit tile sizes as well as working with uneven old walls, floors and beams. The Thomas Crapper toilet with its distinctive beer pull handle is centred on the doorway and provides sufficient space to the basin and access to the shower. The bespoke vanity was designed to not only look stylish in a matching colour to the toilet cistern but on a practical level it maximises floor space whilst also concealing pipework, providing support for the surprisingly heavy basin and some much needed storage for space toilet rolls etc. The beautiful natural marble tiles provide a soft warming backdrop to the other fittings, there is also a suble variation colour and pattern. This all provides a luxurious space that also works.
Wonderful Wine Room
This stunning temperature controlled wine room was designed and built to the clients own requirements and the longer term plan for a collection of wine. Spaces for regular Bordeaux size bottles, magnums, cases of wine and a few feature display bottles. Crafted using solid European Oak with a natural stain / sealer to avoid fumes from affecting the wine through the cork and a herringbone tiled floor in porcelain to avoid any sealers that would cause fumes. A sneaky peak through the glazed door and some carefully considered lighting integrated within the joinery gives a glimpse of the temptation that lies beyond!
Grade II listed - Family Bathroom
Previously this bathroom felt narrow and cramped. By reconfiguring the space and utilising some carefully selected products as well as the combination of finishes has created this sumptuous and practical bathroom for all the family and guests to use and relax in. Every fitting is positioned to work with the tiles which gives an uncomplicated and seamless finish of the highest quality.
Old Rectory - Dressing Room
These bespoke wardrobes blend seamlessly into the room and are combined with antique pieces of furniture. The design was all about the details and making the most of the space available. From the door panel mouldings and flush beading to the frame to the internal drawers sized to suit Dyson hair dryers / straighteners with sockets to the back of the drawer, space and electrical supply for a watch winder.
Suffolk Town House - Master Ensuite
This luxury master ensuite bathroom beautifully blends classical charm with elegant natural materials. Our wonderful client recently moved and truly cherished their previous setup, so we decided to carry over those beloved elements into the new bathroom design. We’ve included lovely illuminated cabinets that cast a soft glow at night, perfect for those late-night visits! Plus, there’s a cleverly concealed radiator tucked under the seat to keep you warm on those chilly mornings! With its stunningly unique marble and handcrafted joinery, this space really embraces you in a warm welcome.
Suffolk Town House - Guest Bathrooms & Cloakroom
Classic and clean in their simplicity and design, these guest bathrooms were carefully thought out with the vanity basin and mirror perfectly centred on a ceiling roof light to make the most of the natural daylight. Useful storage, somewhere to perch and concealed toilet cisterns make these en-suites a true homely luxurious space.
16th Century Cottage
This beautiful 16th Century Mill cottage located in the heart of Suffolk was devastated by flooding from the stream that actually runs underneath part of the kitchen. The kitchen and appliances were ruined beyond repair which provided the opportunity to start again with the kitchen. A new tiled floor including underfloor heating and all new cabinetry constructed from Tricoya which is water resistant and where possible new appliances and electrics are raised up off the floor including Fisher & Paykels Dishdrawers and Cooldrawer. The cabinetry was expertly produced and finished by a local joinery firm A Driver Joinery and the building work and installation by quality local builder, Pollard & Co.
